About the Role
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of corporate services for BreastScreen SA across multiple sites. You will coordinate a comprehensive administrative service that underpins daily operations, supporting teams with procurement, financial processing and facilities coordination to ensure services run seamlessly and in line with SA Health requirements.
You will manage purchasing and supply processes for administrative and medical equipment, oversee invoice processing and employee reimbursements, and maintain accurate financial records. In addition, you will coordinate maintenance and facilities requirements by liaising with contractors and service providers, ensuring safe and well-functioning environments across all sites. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will provide sound advice and implement best practice administrative processes that align with and support the strategic objectives of BreastScreen SA.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring strong administrative expertise, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Proven admin experience incl. finance & procurement
Advanced MS Office skills; Oracle/Basware/PCMS desirable
Strong communication with discretion & confidentiality
Highly organised with initiative & problem-solving ability
