Aniterra is building the missing layer between spatial data supply and demand. We help environmental consultancies figure out which geospatial data fits their project in minutes, not days. Think of it as a neutral scoping engine across 30+ satellite, LiDAR, and aerial data providers, delivered as a plugin for the common geospatial platforms. Looking for a technical co-founder who can own the product build. What you'd own: · Architecture and development of the scoping recommendation engine· ArcGIS/QGIS plugin development (Python, REST APIs)· Structured knowledge base of sensor specs, provider capabilities, and use-case validation data· AI/ML layer for matching project requirements to data sources· Data pipeline integrations with open and commercial geospatial providers What we're looking for: · Experience in GIS, geospatial data, or remote sensing· Strong Python skills, familiarity with geospatial libraries (GDAL, Rasterio, GeoPandas)· Experience building APIs or plugin architectures· Comfortable working at the intersection of domain-specific data and AI· Based in Australia or New Zealand (preferred) This is a co-founder role with equity. We're pre-seed and have institutional interests from multiple universities.
