Working in a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment, you will design and deliver clear, targeted communication and change activities that support adoption and effective use of new systems and processes. You will work closely with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate complex change into tangible impacts, support governance and help align with overall organisational strategy. Key Capabilities: 1. Communications and Change Delivery for IT and Analytics InitiativesDesign and help deliver communications and change management activities for IT, data, and analytics initiatives, including system and platform rollouts.Apply structured change management practices to assess impacts, support adoption, and enable successful implementation.2. Governance, Program Planning, and Executive SupportCoordinate and manage inputs, program timelines, and key milestones to support effective governance, oversight, and informed decision‑making.Prepare high‑quality executive and board‑level briefings, papers, and presentations, including coordinating schedules, inputs, and dependencies.3. Stakeholder Engagement and TranslationWork effectively with leadership, technical teams, and business areas to build shared understanding and alignment around change impacts.Translate complex IT and analytics concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate messages that articulate impacts, benefits, and required actions.4. Training, Capability Uplift, and Workforce ReadinessDevelop and coordinate training and capability uplift activities aligned to identified change impacts and delivery timelines.Identify skills and capability impacts arising from IT or analytics initiatives and work with business areas to address readiness and support needs.5. Integration with Delivery and Program TeamsWork closely with project and program teams to align communications and change activities with delivery plans and milestones.Apply professional judgement to balance structured change approaches with pragmatic delivery in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.6. Interpersonal Effectiveness and ResponsivenessKnown for being personable, approachable, and easy to work with, able to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.Flexible in managing shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs while maintaining quality outcomes.Essential criteriaDescribe your experience delivering communications and change activities for an IT initiative. Include the change context, how you assessed impacts, the communications you delivered, and the adoption outcome achieved. • Explain how you identify and define change and communication needs when they are not formally documented. Describe the techniques you use to elicit information from stakeholders, translate technical change into business impacts, and confirm shared understanding.• Provide an example of working in a fast paced, high performance environment with competing priorities. Include how you managed timelines and key milestones, supported executive or board level preparation, and maintained quality under pressure.
