Key responsibilities What you’ll be doingDefine and govern security architectures across major tech initiatives.Ensure alignment with security policies, principles, and risk frameworks.Lead security quality assurance activities and support operational readiness.Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and business teams to embed appropriate security controls.Evaluate new security technologies and help shape our capability roadmaps.Create reusable frameworks and patterns to simplify future projects.Translate technical risk into business context — enabling informed, confident decisions.Support the creation and governance of enterprise security strategies and standards.Build strong relationships across the tech industry to stay ahead of emerging threats and opportunities. What you bring5+ years in complex security architecture and solutioning.Expertise in security requirements, control definition, and risk assessment.Proven experience delivering secure architectures at enterprise scale.Clear communicator — able to translate technical ideas into business value.Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities. Certifications that would shineSecurity/Risk: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSACloud: CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect, AzureArchitecture/Process: TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Agile All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
