Role Responsibilities:
The role demands extensive strategic planning, consultative selling, and team mentorship, with a focus on engaging with senior decision-makers within the organisation. You will spearhead the national Client Partnerships team, driving the identification, qualification, and acquisition of opportunities by cultivating key market contacts and leads. A crucial aspect of this role involves sustaining and enhancing relationships with both clients and partners to effectively grow the company’s client portfolio and achieve our objectives.
Execute regional client partnerships strategy, including forecasting and budgeting.
Collaborate on business development, marketing, and client relations strategies.
Create and manage opportunity pipelines and sales territories.
Plan and implement marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Ensure consistent corporate branding.
Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and focus areas.
Drive continuous client feedback and brand alignment.
Develop research project strategies with marketing teams.
Plan national events and budgets.
Lead and develop regional teams.
Align workforce plans with regional needs.
Foster engagement and cultural alignment.
Enhance client partnerships methodology and technology.
Improve pipeline conversion ratios.
Implement risk management plans.
Role Requirements
Related degree / qualification or equivalent experience
Have minimum of 8 years’ experience in a BDM, Pre-Construction, Leadership role in a similar construction sector
Have a well-established network of clients / relationships within the sector/s
Have a proven / tangible track of securing new tender opportunities on projects in related sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including operation and management teams
Ability to direct motivate, mentor, lead and bring out the best in the internal client relations team.
