About Us
Carrington Centennial Care in Camden, South-west Sydney, is a highly regarded and award-winning aged care organisation, providing independent living and aged care accommodation, as well as wide-ranging community care services within the Macarthur/Wollondilly Region.
The Opportunity
As a Care Service Employee, you will work as a skilled and qualified team member who provides safe, respectful and quality care and services. We support over 300 residents across 4 facilities on our semi-rural campus. Your interactions with consumers will be kind, caring, compassionate and considerate to their needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity. We enable our care staff to work in a person-centred approach as part of a dynamic team of passionate carers. Work in an environment where staff are highly valued, respected and are part of a wonderful caring team atmosphere. Our standard shifts are: Morning (6:00am - 2:30pm); Afternoon (2:15pm - 9:45pm); and Night (9:30pm - 6:30am). We're currently hiring to cover a popular leave period from October to New Year.
