Role Positioning:

As a core member of our management team, you will be the architect of David's Group's end-to-end Human Resources infrastructure. From building "0 to 1" systems to implementing scientific performance and incentive models, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and supporting our nationwide franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Talent Lifecycle Management

Standardized Recruitment: Establish a closed-loop recruitment system covering Sourcing, Interviewing, and Reference Checks.

Onboarding & Compliance: Develop standardized Trial, Onboarding, and Probation processes ensuring seamless integration and strict compliance with Fair Work Australia regulations.

Career Development: Design clear promotion pathways to transition frontline staff into Assistant Managers, Store Managers, and Area Managers.

2. Compensation, Benefits & Performance (C&B)

Strategic Pay Structures: Design diversified salary models (Base + Incentives/Bonus) tailored to different brands and business types (HotPot, Malatang, Milk Tea, etc.).

Data-Driven KPIs: Establish core performance metrics based on store turnover, Labour Cost %, and Customer Satisfaction.

Performance Excellence: Lead regular Performance Reviews and manage underperformance to maintain a high-standard, competitive team.

3. Franchise Training & Support

SOP Development: Convert brand operational standards into replicable training manuals.

Training Programs: Develop specialized training courses and assessment criteria for franchisees to ensure consistent quality across all locations.

4. Retention & Long-term Incentives

Implement "Partnership Programs," profit-sharing, or internal entrepreneurship schemes to retain key talent and align employee goals with the company’s vision.

Who You Are:

Experience: 3+ years of HR Management experience; Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field. Experience in chain hospitality, retail, or large-scale service industries is highly preferred.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the Restaurant Industry Award. Skilled in talent profiling for both Front-of-House, Back-of-House, and Management roles.

Skills: Strong project driving force, exceptional communication, and a data-driven mindset.

Citizenship: Must have valid Australian work rights; PR or Citizen preferred.

Mobility: Ability to work flexibly between our Melbourne Head Office and various store locations.
