About the Role

As Barista Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the coffee program, ensuring high-quality espresso, efficient service, and a welcoming guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations and lead by example on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily coffee service, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient coffee station
• Train and support baristas and FOH team members
• Troubleshoot coffee, equipment, or workflow issues during service
• Engage with guests and confidently discuss coffee offerings
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and venue service standards

About You

• 2–3 years’ barista experience in a high-volume café
• Strong coffee knowledge and attention to detail
• Calm, organised, and confident during busy service periods
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
• Professional, positive, and team-focused
• You're comfortable starting early, with availability from 6:00 am
