The Role:

You will play a critical in our Food and Beverage department, providing the highest level of service to our valued guests. You will be a fun and creative individual who is committed to providing personalised and memorable experiences for our guests. Using your knowledge learnt in your studies you will be provided the opportunity too:

  • Generate a thorough knowledge of menu items in your assigned outlet/s
  • Expand your knowledge of the creation and service of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
  • Develop your service skills and apply these in different service settings
  • Develop your people management skills working in a multi-cultural environment

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • A passion for providing exceptional service
  • A warm and caring attitude

  • Strong personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly attentive and organised
  • A current NSW RSA
  • Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends, morning and evening shifts 
  • Valid Australian working rights
