Front of House Supervisor – Full Time

Lenox Avenue is looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team in Blackwood. We are a busy café/restaurant known for great coffee, quality food, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, confident leading a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities • Supervising and supporting front of house staff during service

• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Managing daily operations including opening/closing procedures
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
• Training and mentoring team members
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

What We’re Looking For • Previous FOH supervisor or senior hospitality experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in busy periods
• Passion for hospitality and customer experience
• Coffee knowledge is a bonus
• Availability for weekdays and weekends
