Food and Beverage Manager

East Fremantle Yacht Club is situated in a prime location on the banks of the Swan River. The club operates hospitality facilities including the clubhouse restaurant and bar for our members and a large function facility available to both members and the general public.

Candidates must hold a current Approved Managers Certification

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager at East Fremantle Yacht Club is responsible for managing our entire hospitality offering to deliver a top quality amenity for our members and guests.

Experience in clubs or multi venue hotel environment will be highly regarded

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, lead from the front inspiration to our outstanding team. They will take accountability for service standards, all the usual benchmarks of labour cost and cost of sale for both food and beverage, as well as safety and security of staff, patrons and the venue. A demonstrable ability to manage people, drive constant improvement and desire to meet and build close and lasting relations with our members will be crucial to your success in this is a fast paced and high pressure environment.

A minimum of 5+ years of Food and Beverage management experience is required for this role.

Applicants must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is a pre requisite for this position.
