Belconnen Way Hotel is currently seeking reliable and motivated casual staff to join our team in the following roles:

• Casual Housekeeping Staff x 2- Mature ladies required
• Casual Reception Staff – Early mornings and afternoon shifts-Mature lady required

We are looking for team members who are hard-working, dependable, and ready to learn new tasks in a busy hotel environment.

Housekeeping Role Requirements

·         Previous hotel room cleaning experience is essential

·         Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards

·         Attention to detail and pride in presentation

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reception Role Requirements

·         Friendly and professional customer service skills, Flexabile

·         Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel PMS systems

·         Ability to multitask in a front office environment

General Requirements

·         Immediate start available

·         7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

·         Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible

·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn
