Job Description:

Are you a motivated and compassionate dental receptionist looking for your next opportunity? At Diamond Smiles Dental, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, and passionate about helping patients feel at ease during their dental journey.

As our receptionist, you will play a key role in making that happen.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a warm smile
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently
  • Handling phone calls and patient inquiries
  • Processing payments and insurance claims
  • Maintaining patient records and a tidy front office

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!
