Molly is a fresh and exciting new venture located directly opposite the stunning McCrae foreshore. We’re building something special — and this is your chance to be part of it from the beginning.

With plans underway to expand into a providore and evening dining experience, Molly is more than just a café. We’re creating a vibrant coastal hub for locals and visitors alike.

We’re seeking an experienced Barista / FOH all-rounder who:

• Loves crafting consistently exceptional coffee

• Thrives in a fast-paced beachside environment

• Builds genuine rapport with customers through warm, authentic hospitality

• Takes pride in presentation, efficiency and teamwork

• Brings positive energy to every shift
