Dental Assistant – Paediatric & Orthodontic Practice  

Casual | 1–3 Days per Week  

$35 – $45 per hour (depending on experience)

Dr Hayfa Hadi’s dental practice in Sutherland is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Our practice focuses on paediatric and orthodontic care, with a calm and professional environment that prioritises patient comfort and quality care.

Approximately half of our patients are teenagers, so we are looking for someone who is mature-minded, caring, and confident communicating with young patients and their families.

This is a casual role for 1–3 days per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when needed. The clinic is conveniently located in Sutherland, within walking distance of the train station, making it easily accessible.

### About the Role

- Chairside assisting in a paediatric and orthodontic-focused dental practice  

- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms  

- Instrument processing and sterilisation  

- Maintaining high infection control standards  

- Supporting efficient patient flow and providing a positive patient experience  

### About You

- Previous dental assisting experience is essential  

- Friendly, patient, and professional with strong communication skills  

- Comfortable working with children and teenagers  

- Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a team  

- Able to occasionally cover additional days when required
