Finance Analyst - Pharmaceuticals

• Global Pharmaceutical business - parking on site!

• Super flexible, 2-3 days WFH each week

• $120k - $140k + Super

This global business have shown huge amounts of growth across all sectors in recent years, and are continuing those trends through 2026 and beyond. Headquartered in Europe, their ANZ entity have performed extremely well and as a result, are looking to add a commercially minded Finance Analyst into their ranks. This role will play a crucial part in the continued growth of the organisation, supporting the senior leadership with valuable insights, and challenging the business to improve processes and increase revenue. Reporting into an impressive Head of Finance, and ably supporting the Commercial Manager, Duties will include:

• Support the leadership team on developing the business' medium to long term financial plan

• Working with business units to build annual budget & forecast

• Build and maintain financial models to predict financial performance

• Partner with operational leaders and present financial findings, including analysis of current performance

• Review current processes and recommend improvements

• Provide insights to senior management around profitability, forecasts, and financial models

• Challenge assumptions and utilise critical thinking to identify opportunities for growth

• Support on ad-hoc analysis and projects as required

The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified, and have spent the last few years in a highly analytical role, ideally working in a fast paced, complex organisation. They will be confident in their abilities, comfortable questioning processes, and have a strong level of critical thinking. They will have demonstrable experience in identifying opportunities for growth, and partnering with non finance stakeholders
