The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support to our Cases and Treatment team.
You will be responsible for the quality, accuracy, and administration of a number of services including return to work assessments, injury management, alcohol and other drug assessments, health management plans, and other client requests.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
Responding to client queries and assisting with the delivery of appropriate services via phone and email
Liaising with our clinical team and scheduling of appointments
Inbox management and ensuring responses are delivered timely manner
Assisting with the preparation of all necessary documentation including reports, forms, and file notes to ensure timeframes are met
Keeping record systems updated with all relevant information
Assisting the team in meeting key deliverables by co-ordinating medical cases
Liaising with external medical providers and booking appointments as required
Following up pathology, radiology, external medical provider results and reports as required
You
Our new team member will have all or most of the qualities/skills below:
The ability to multi-task; adhere to deadlines and timeframes
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
Good working knowledge of medical terminology
Exceptional attention to detail
High standard of verbal and written communication skills
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Confidence in their own ability but also willing to ask questions
Ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required
Be proactive, with a can-do attitude
Experience in occupational medicine/health environment highly regarded, but not essential
The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.
Salary will be negotiated, commensurate with experience.
