Medical Receptionist

We are a specialist surgical practice in Auchenflower, seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our team.

At Brisbane Obesity Clinic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care for patients seeking weight-loss solutions. Our expert team focuses on delivering personalized treatments in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time

• Hours: 8am to 4.30pm

• Remuneration based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment scheduling

• Managing incoming/outgoing emails, calls and web enquiries

• Assisting with clinic preparation and operation

• Diary management 

• General administration

• Working as part of a team

About You:

• Organised and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude

• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work as part of a team

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience in a specialist surgical practice (highly regarded)

• Familiarity with Genie software (advantageous)
