IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 150 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.
Duties
Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services
Skills & experience
Previous customer service experience
Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Exceptional data entry and communication skills
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to develop quality working relationships
