Pathology Collectors

We are seeking multiple part‑time Pathology Collectors to join our dedicated team in Gladstone, QLD. The role is ideal for self‑motivated individuals with meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

• Collection of blood and other samples from patients.
• Attendance to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens.
• Attending to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner.
• Working independently and participating in weekday and weekend shifts across our collection centres.

• Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone.
• Exceptional time‑management skills.
• Sound clinical knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients and other stakeholders.
• A current Driver's License.
