The Role:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Provide complex, multi-disciplinary patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient needs
• Supervise, guide and support nursing team members
• Provide education and support to patients and families during recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) in delivering high-quality patient care
  

About You:

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU, HDU, or CCU in an acute setting
• Postgraduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or currently working towards) – desirable
• Demonstrated clinical experience in ICU environments
• Understanding of ACQSHC National Standards
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team
