Medical Recepcionist / Clinical Administrator

Phoenix Podiatry is a modern and growing podiatry clinic in Spearwood, providing high-quality foot care services to private patients, Medicare EPC, DVA, NDIS and aged care providers.

We are looking for a professional, organised and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations

• Answering calls and responding to patient enquiries

• Managing appointments using Cliniko

• Processing Medicare, HICAPS, DVA and private health claims

• Patient billing and EFTPOS payments

• Maintaining patient records and confidentiality

• Supporting podiatrists with daily administrative tasks

• Ensuring reception and waiting area remain professional and organised

We Are Looking For Someone Who

✔ Has experience in medical reception or healthcare administration

✔ Is confident using Cliniko or similar medical software

✔ Understands Medicare, HICAPS and health fund billing

✔ Has excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Is organised and able to multitask in a busy clinic

✔ Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working with people
