Medical/Allied Health Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Medical/Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team at Get Better Physiotherapy & Pilates' in Regents Park, Queensland. This is a part-time progressing to full time role with the opportunity to work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals and support the smooth operation of our practice.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming manner

2. Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

3. Handling telephone inquiries and responding to client emails based on clinic protocols

4. Assisting with the processing of payments and managing patient accounts

5. Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the clinic

6. Supporting the clinical team as needed, including preparing treatment rooms

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a medical or allied health reception role

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills

3. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

4. Proficiency in using medical practice management software

5. A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
