What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
 • Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
 • Strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management
 • Ability to lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
 • Confidence in managing assessments, care planning and AN-ACC requirements
