Emergency Department | Bayside Health Service

Join a supportive Emergency Department team delivering compassionate, person-centred care to a diverse community across the Bayside region.

Your new Role:

Working under the supervision of an RN, the AIN contributes to patient care and assists with Emergency Department duties while supporting a safe and collaborative team environment. You will:

  • Assist RNs with direct and indirect patient care.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful support to patients and families.
  • Contribute to a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Follow clinical instructions and established procedures.
  • Support quality and safety improvement activities.
