Pharmacy Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with Webster Packing experience to join our team at Hove Pharmacy.

• Assisting pharmacists within the dispensary

• Packing DAAs (Webster Packs) using Webstercare and SureMed systems

• Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of medications

• Collating scripts for PBS claims

• Compiling medicine orders for patients

• Maintaining and replenishing dispensary stock

• Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers

• Following pharmacy procedures and compliance requirements

• Supporting general pharmacy operations and housekeeping duties

• Assisting with dispensary workflow in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant

• Experience with Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) preferred

• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy highly desirable

• Exposure to MINFOS dispensing system highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Capable of working in a high-volume dispensary
