The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care in and out of the dispensary. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.

• Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

• Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.

• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

• Assist Pharmacists in assembling/ dispensing medications for prescriptions 

• Pack Dose Administration Aids

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.

• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Happy to learn to become a dispense technician

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).

• Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
