One minute you're welcoming nervous new participants and making them feel instantly at home. Next you're coordinating a workshop for 50 people. You're turning EOIs into enrolled participants, coordinating events, managing our online community, keeping coach calendars fully booked and basically making sure everyone feels supported and excited throughout their business journey. All emails/calls responded to within 72 hours. Events meeting minimum attendance. Some days you'll be juggling a workshop prep, five new EOIs, ten follow-ups and three welcome calls before lunch.
