• Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices

• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process

• Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential

• Confident using computers and dealership software

• Automotive servicing and repair knowledge highly regarded

• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
