About the Role Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a
Project Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with our clients Project Managers and operations team to assist with the administration and coordination of projects. Their role will help ensure jobs are organised, materials are arranged, and communication with clients and suppliers is maintained.
Direct career progression into a Junior Project Manager role in the next 12 months depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Organising job setup including materials, products and site access
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assisting with supplier invoices and cost tracking
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing project emails and communications
- Updating project information in Simpro (CRM system)
- Assisting with scheduling works, deliveries and site access
- Maintaining project files and documentation
- Assisting with ordering materials and procurement
- General administrative support for the project team
- Other duties as reasonably required by management

What We're Looking For - Previous experience in a Project Administrator role desirably in Remedial Building, or Refurb works, or Fit Out works, or Waterproofing works, or the broader Building Industry
