About the role
With a growing portfolio of work, we’re looking for senior Mechanical and Electrical Asset Management Engineers/Specialists (10–15 years’ industry experience) to provide high‑impact support to our clients across all areas of Asset Management. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership teams to improve reliability, performance and safety across complex industrial assets—bringing practical solutions and strong stakeholder engagement to every engagement.

• Locations: Wollongong / Greater Sydney area, with potential travel

• Industries: Mining & Minerals Processing, Manufacturing, Energy and Logistics

What you’ll bring

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent)

• 10–15 years’ experience in heavy industry (e.g, mining, minerals processing, manufacturing, energy, logistics), with exposure to fixed and/or mobile plant

• Proven asset management, reliability or maintenance engineering experience (e.g, RCM, criticality, lifecycle/whole‑of‑life planning, maintenance strategies)

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence site teams and present clear, practical recommendations to leaders

• A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
