What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead shifts and support the team to deliver fast, friendly service every time
• Prepare and serve Donut King products to brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency
• Support day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Coach and guide team members on shift to maintain productivity and a positive team culture
• Monitor stock levels, product freshness and food safety standards
• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

What you'll bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude and maturity in your approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience leading shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment (highly desirable)
• Barista skills (desirable)
• Availability for early starts (from 6am) across weekdays and weekends
