These Values are incorporated into all aspects of employment at the City.In this leadership role, you will supervise internal crews and contractors, coordinate reactive and planned maintenance programs, and ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to City standards. will demonstrate strong leadership in delivering core services across road, drainage, and footpath maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach, guiding and supporting crews to ensure high-quality, cost-effective civil infrastructure maintenance that aligns with the City’s standards and enhances community satisfaction.To succeed in the role, you will be an experienced and confident supervisor who can lead, motivate and support diverse work crews while communicating clearly and professionally with staff, contractors, customers and internal stakeholders. You will bring strong technical knowledge of civil construction and maintenance practices, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, prepare cost estimates and resolve asset maintenance issues efficiently. To excel, you will be proactive, well?'organised and capable of prioritising competing demands, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance and high?'quality service delivery.
