The Opportunity
Strathfield Council is seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Officer (Electrician) to join our team.
In this role, you will ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of Council’s electrical systems across buildings and open-space assets. You will carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs, diagnose faults, and ensure all work complies with Australian standards and WHS requirements.
This role also involves planning and coordinating maintenance works, managing materials and equipment and maintaining accurate records. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to the functionality and safety of Council facilities while working in a collaborative team environment supporting the community.
