Spatial Information Officer
Temporary part-time position

We currently have an opportunity for a Spatial Information Officer to join our Planning team on a temporary part-time basis.
Key responsibilities as Spatial Information Officer…
As Spatial Information Officer you will develop and maintain Council’s Spatial Information Systems and data, ensuring a high-quality outcome. You will maintain records within the corporate property information system to ensure the accuracy, currency, consistency and effectiveness of information relating to Councils land use and property functions. In addition to this you will provide map production services for the Planning and Development Team.

You’ll have well-developed consultation and collaboration skills to allow you to work as an effective team member. You will also have well-developed project management skills along with the ability to collect, analyse and report data whilst meeting strict deadlines.
