Uplift Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to support a participant located in Bondi, Sydney.

This role involves 2:1 support, meaning you will work alongside another support worker to provide structured and consistent support in a safe environment.

We are looking for individuals who are calm, professional, and passionate about supporting people with disability.

Location: Bondi, NSW
8 hour shifts available
Monday to Sunday shifts available
Immediate start available
2:1 support model (always working with another staff member)
Consistent hours available

You will be supporting a participant with high support needs (Autism Level 3) who benefits from structured routines and consistent support.

Provide in-home and community support
Assist with daily living activities
Encourage independence and skill development
Support community access and engagement
Follow support plans and complete shift notes
Work collaboratively with another support worker

Reliable and compassionate
Calm and confident in a support environment
Professional and respectful
Able to work as part of a team

Experience supporting individuals with autism, complex support needs, mental health, or youth work is highly regarded.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid working rights in Australia
Driver’s licence preferred but not essential

$40 to $45 per hour depending on experience
