Early Childhood Education and Care Director

Lutheran Education South Australia, Northern Territory, and Western Australia (LESNW) is seeking an Early Childhood Education and Care Director (ECECD) to support and guide high-quality, Christ‑centred early years education across our schools and services.

We are looking for a relational, forward‑thinking leader who is passionate about:

• Strengthening quality and sustainability across early years education and care.

• Guiding services through legislation, regulation, and sector best practice.

• Building leadership capability by working collaboratively with principals, directors, and educators.

• Supporting continuous improvement and effective day‑to‑day service operations.

• Navigating complex regulatory and funding environments with clarity and confidence.

• Ensuring children experience high-quality, Christ‑centred programs that nurture learning, wellbeing, and faith formation.
