Support Worker / Domestic Assistance – Perth Metropolitan Area Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Paid KM Reimbursement

About Us

Fortified Support is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are currently expanding our team in the Perth Metropolitan area and are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist with both domestic tasks and individual support for NDIS participants.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide a range of supports to participants, which may include:

Personal Care: Assisting with daily hygiene routines, including showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Household Support: Performing domestic tasks like cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Mobility Assistance: Helping with transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair), walking, and specialized mobility equipment.
Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, outings, and shopping.
Health Management: Assisting with medication management and monitoring, as well as attending GP or health appointments.
Emotional Support: Providing companionship and building trusting relationships to enhance well-being.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of daily activities, progress, and incidents.

About You

We’re looking for people who are caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others.

You will need:

Experience in domestic assistance and/or disability or aged care support
At least one professional reference
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and time management skills
Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (highly regarded)
