The Role

Montessori Academy is seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our growing team across several established centres located in Greater Sydney area. This is a wonderful opportunity for early childhood professionals who are deeply committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and who are eager to contribute to the continued success of our outstanding Montessori educational program.

Our campuses offer supportive and approachable Centre Managers, a collaborative team culture, exceptional professional development and training pathways, and beautifully designed learning environments - both indoors and outdoors.

The successful candidates will bring a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, a genuine passion for early childhood education, and an appreciation for the Montessori philosophy.

• Bexley
• Gymea
• Earlwood
• Belmore
• Campsie
• Riverwood
• Condell Park
• Greenacre
• Kirrawee

Key Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team
• Strong appreciation for the importance of family engagement
• Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
• Passion for early childhood education and learning
• Commitment to the holistic development of each child
• An understanding of the Montessori philosophy is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
• Availability between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing children's services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
