Who are we?
Abound Communities, formerly known as the Old Colonists Association of Victoria, stands as a leading not-for-profit provider of comprehensive care solutions. Specializing in Home Care, Residential Care, and Retirement Villages, we offer a continuum of care ranging from independent living to assisted living and aged care throughout Victoria. Our portfolio includes four villages strategically located across Victoria – St. Helena, Fitzroy North, Berwick, and Euroa – collectively providing a nurturing home to 500 older Victorians in need. It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team. Our Values are Respect, Community, Kindness, and Integrity.
Unlike many other home care providers, our current focus is on delivering exceptional home care services exclusively to residents within our own retirement villages. This unique approach eliminates the need for travel for our home care team. Instead, they are able to dedicate their efforts entirely to the well-being and comfort of our residents within the familiar surroundings of our villages. As we continue to expand our services and reach, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as the Operations Manager -Home Care Services.
