Trainee Educator

We are seeking a Trainee educator with a love of working with children to join our high quality service in Morayfield.

The position encompasses the following:

• A willingness to learn from an experienced team and gain valuable skills and knowledge to thrive and progress in your career

• Provide quality childcare, supervision and support to the children, families and other staff members at our service

• Assisting with delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based around the children's interests

• Delivering consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices

• Great communication skills

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre staff, parents, children and the wider community

• Working alongside a friendly and diverse team 

• Working in a well-resourced centre with large natural environments

To be successful in your application you must have the following:

• No qualifications and a willingness to study a Certificate III 

•  First Aid and CPR - or willingness to obtain 

• Current Working with children check

• Child protection training

• Professional Attitude 

• Able to work within a team environment 

• Able to work 37.5 hours per week over five days  

• Willingness to complete a module of study every 6 weeks
