Are you a compassionate, reliable, and empowering individual who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking Casual Female & Male Mentors / Support Workers to join our growing team!
âś… Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to participants in line with their NDIS goals and individual support plans
Assist with daily living tasks, community access, and social inclusion activities
Encourage independence, build life skills, and be a positive role model
Develop trusting relationships with participants based on respect and consistency
Complete progress notes and communicate effectively with the broader support team
💼 What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in disability, community, or youth support (preferred but not essential)
A caring, person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting others
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of reliability
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends or evenings as required
Must have:Â NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, Working with Children Check, and valid driver's licence, Additional Relevant NDIS Certifications. Â
