Key Responsibilities Plan and implement play-based learning experiences for childrenEnsure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children in the programBuild positive relationships with children, families, and the broader communitySupport the day-to-day operations of the ELC program Requirements Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)Previous experience in an early learning or OSHC settingNT Ochre Card – Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates Desirable Qualifications Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Experience of working from a trauma informed perspective Current Respond to Abuse and Neglect and Mandatory reporting – Education and Care Training If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working with children, we'd love to hear from you!
