Sustainability Reporting Officer

As sustainability and climate reporting requirements continue to evolve, we are strengthening our capability in this area and are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you will:Play a key role in building the Group’s sustainability reporting capabilitySupport compliance with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) and emerging climate disclosure requirementsWork closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and external advisorsContribute to reporting that supports decision making You will join a collaborative team and have the opportunity to help shape how sustainability reporting develops across the Group. About the RoleReporting to the Group Financial Reporting Manager, this role will support the development and delivery of the Group’s sustainability and climate-related reporting framework. Key responsibilities include:Preparing sustainability and climate-related disclosures aligned with emerging reporting standardsSupporting the measurement and reporting of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, with future development of Scope 3 reportingCollecting, validating and consolidating sustainability data across the businessSupporting assurance processes and maintaining clear reporting documentationPreparing sustainability insights and reporting for senior leadership What Will Make You Successful?You will bring:Experience in audit, assurance, accounting or financial reportingStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailExperience preparing structured reports subject to review or auditThe ability to work across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships Exposure to sustainability, ESG or emissions reporting frameworks will be highly regarded. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or a related discipline is required. CPA/CA qualifications are desirable.
