Role: ICT Change Manager - (EL1 Level)Location of work: CanberraLength of contract:12 monthsContract extensions: 24 months extension (two extensions of twelve months each)Security clearance: Baseline security clearance Technical skills:Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management.Experience in Service now.Essential Criteria:Proven experience (minimum 3 years) leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes arising from Requests for Change (RFCs) within complex ICT environments.Demonstrated experience managing organisational change in complex ICT environments, including supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.Demonstrated experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and managing end-to-end change lifecycles.Strong knowledge of Service Now (or equivalent ITSM tools).Desirable Criteria:ITIL and/or Change Management Certification.Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
