The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major mixed-use residential project from inception through to completion. This role will see you managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, driving performance and fostering strong working relationships across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of a large-scale mixed-use residential development

  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting

  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management

  • Develop and maintain project programmes and ensure milestone achievement

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Identify and mitigate project risks

  • Provide leadership and direction to site and project teams

About You

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects

  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
