Inspection Technician – Refurbishment (Robot Vacuums)

About Us

We are seeking a detail-focused Inspection Technician to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and quality-checking refurbished robot vacuum cleaners to ensure they meet required performance and quality standards prior to dispatch or resale.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with devices, following structured processes, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and test refurbished robot vacuum cleaners to confirm functionality and quality
• Identify faults, cosmetic issues, or performance concerns and escalate where required
• Complete quality control checks in line with internal procedures
• Accurately update inspection results and device status in company systems
• Meet productivity expectations, including a minimum of six (6) inspected/repaired devices per full-time shift
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with technicians and warehouse teams to support efficient workflows
• Lift and move devices (up to 25KG)
• Use basic computer systems (training provided)

Our Recruitment Process

Following a successful phone interview, we'll invite you to our Head Office for a work trial with the reporting manager (in our warehouse).
