Construction Estimator

Our Client

Join a well-established, family-operated residential builderwith over 40 years of local experience. With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Construction Estimator to their growing team.

This is a full-time role, based at their Geelong office.

The Role

• Completing all building estimating requirements for custom builds
• Creating BOQs
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Preparing take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
• Overseeing all documentation to contractors/suppliers

About You

• At least 2-3 years estimating experience within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
