Consistent morning shifts! 20 hours per fortnight$35.15 per hour, see full rates belowProvide in home personal care Nextt are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in Mayfield. The role requires confidence in all aspects of personal care, mobility support, and safe transfers using mobile and ceiling hoists. Applicants must be experienced in following complex care plans, including bowel care management routines, catheter care, and recognising and responding to autonomic dysreflexia. Shifts Our client receives consistent morning supports of 7:00am - 9:00am seven days a week. Pay Rates E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL) SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before Tax) Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Your Certificates and Licences NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)Working with Children Check (Current)Australian Driver's LicenseComprehensive Insurance on VehicleNDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and YouFirst Aid and CPR (Current) All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
