About the Opportunity

We have immediate opportunities for Support Workers to join our team in the Loganlea and Marsden region. If you're passionate about providing truly quality, individualised support, this is your chance.

We’re looking for staff with the right values to enrich the lives of our clients. We need committed staff who have flexible availability, including a willingness to work a variety of hours, such as mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnight shifts.

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

• 12 months or more experience as a Disability Support Worker.

• Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)

• Driver’s Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

• Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

• Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

• Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
